Latest aeon mq 4 lacks Cyrillic support.
Now you can use MQ4 with Cyrillic. Just unpack zip in skin directory.

I use good fonts so it can also add Greek and other scripts support - didn't check by myselft.
Also support latin letter so can be used with English.
