I have an iPod touch 4th generation iOS 5.1.1. I am running the latest version of xbmc (version 11) and I installed it through cydia. What happens with me is that the application will just crash in the middle of playing a video. It would play for like 3-5 minutes then just crash.

You might want to post this ie support for the 1channel plugin. Also, if xbmc crashes you need to post a crash dump. The FAQ will tell you how.
