cdarts don`t appear when i go through the albums... only when i`m on song level

you need artistname/albumyear - albumname/ song structure for that.

would be easy, just one line. (search for cdartvar in variables.xml)
nothing is impossible a lot of renaming programs can do that. i recently did that with picard (which is the tagging tool all people should use since xbmc is startin to make use of mbid id3 tag)

already fixed it

restructuring the music folder is not an option cause i use itunes ... fixing the cd art issue would break the itunes db ... changing the skin was the easiest way

The iTunes folder structure can be altered when using this lousy piece of bloatware.
You just untick the option to allow itunes to organise the folders. Media Monkey or MusicBee are the best I've found for batch organising and renaming. I did have mine in individual Genre folders before using XBMC with itunes, so I know it's both possible and easy.
