dedicated or onboard gpu

so I am looking to build a new htpc. For what I am looking for I may have to go to a dedicated gpu, 430 or some other small single slot gpu.

what I am looking for is the following
wake on lan/usb, I want to use the cec adapter to turn on and off my htpc+ xbmc remote.
msata, I want it to boot asap
ipmi, because I want to house everything in a server rack so I need to remotely reboot every once and awhile.
be able to handle 3d and any 1080p stuff I throw at it. just incase I do go 3d, not looking like it at the moment.
100/1000 lan connection no wireless
there will be no disk drice as everything will be on my unraid server.

dGPU is not required. Both AMD and Intel have iGPU that are 3D capable.
HTPC: Win 7 Home 64-bit | MB | CPU | GPU | RAM | Case | PSU | Tuner | HDDs: OS, Media | DVD Burner | Remote
Media server: unraid 4.7 | CPU | MB | RAM | Case | PSU | HDDs: Parity-2TB, Data-2x2TB

For Intel, you need at least HD2000 graphics (i3-2100 and above) for 3D.

I believe for AMD, A6-3500 is 3D capable.
