[/size]I love how XBMC works on my Apple TV 2, its super compact & wireless. I've built 8 TB NAS to store movies & music in one place. XBMC scrapes movie data from IMBD automatically, and its just awesome, however sometimes it takes a while.
I'm planning to get second xbmc setup (LED TV & Apple TV2) in the other room.
My movie library grows dayly and im not sure if it is good idea to keep movie data (thumbnails and plots) on Apple TV flash storage, is there way to set XBMC to keep movie metadata on the NAS with the actual movie files? (in the same movie folder)
I dont want to wait twice for scraping metadata.

Yes, export library as separate files. Make sure there is write permission on the NAS.
Your setups can even share the same database and settings if you put them on your nas.
Using path substitution in advancedsettings.xml.
