Hey

On the internet I found an application to control xmms using a webcam and a laserpointer. ( http://www.raphnet.net/programmation/laserspotcam/laserspotcam_en.php#4 )

I would really like to have this for XBMC but I'm very new at linux and ubuntu so I really don't know how. ( I can't even get the application mentioned in the webpage above working.)

I run XBMC in Lubuntu 11.10

Can someone please help me to realise this?

The members here are global, so you should wait at least 24 hours before "bumping" your own thread unless you have new information to add to your original post. Since your requirement is very specific and unique, there may be very few (if any) members who know anything about this, and not all members check the forums daily. I had something like this for Windows media player and it was really cool, so wouldn't it be nice to have this for XBMC?
