Help with making a plugin
#16
I'd recommend looking at xbmcswift2. It's a framework that makes it very easy to write a new plugin.
Look at the doc and at existing addons using it.
xbmc.log: /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/xbmc.log
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.

I missed the last few posts about xbmcswift2 so Ill check that out.

Ive read up on some Python over the years but still confusing. Not everyone is meant for programming. They say its easy and from what Ive learned some of it did make sense to understand programmer more and made a lot more sense like the def function for example on the process of it but its still not easy no matter what. Not sure if scripting for Eden would be any differnt from other versions also.
What I think is needed is a simple GUI where u can input your own info for title, stream link, ect.
