This fix error in progress script, but do you have error with other addon - Google Weather,
Frodo have troubles with wasapi in windows, in special for music, for fix, select direct, in system - audio

And yes, do you have troubles in read your logo.png, this is not caused by skin, I don´t know why, but XBMC don´t read your image.
XBMC tried read to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access and crash.
I think you need use stable version of Frodo, but try first, 2 solutions, maybe solve.
