I've tried using xwmm and creating .nfo files manually. Either way the movies that I add to a set are not listed alphabetically. It seems they're either listed in the order that I added them or possibly in the order of the actual file name. HOw do I change this?

Add the field <sorttitle>movie part 1</sorttitle> in your nfo.

The current default sort order for movies in sets is by year (at least in Frodo Alpha, not sure about Eden).
If you are using Confidence, you can easily change the sort order on the left slide menu.
