How do I delete old volumes from XBMC file system?
#1
Hi - I had an external hard disk crash. I had to reformat it. I renamed it to the same name it had before and restored all my media files from a backup.

The old disk was called "WD 1TB". The reformatted disk is also called "WD 1TB".

But whenever I navigate the XBMC file system (for example, when configuring an add-on) I see under "Volumes" both "WD 1TB" and "WD 1TB 1".

The disk "WD 1TB" shows to be empty, but "WD 1TB 1" has all the correct data in it.

So how can I "cleanse" the XBMC file system so that it recognizes just the one disk, "WD 1TB"?

(btw, using OSX 10.8.1 on a MBP)...

Thanks.
