Both cards $10 bucks after rebate! Which would you choose for a HTPC?

Nvidia cards tend to work out best in a htpc. Especially if you are going to use linux.

Gt520 if using linux (better driver support)......HD6450 if using Windows(runs cooler)
Main HTPC:
Intel e4600 + AMD HD5450 + Antec NSK2480B case + 4gb ddr2 + Earthwatts 430 + 1.5tb Seagate 7200 + XBMC Rapier Qualar Mod Skin + Win7
Office HTPC/Ripper/Server:
AMD x4 635 + GT220 + Antec 300 case + 4gbddr3 + OCZ ModXStream 500 psu + 3x2tb WD green drives + Win7

Ether one is fine. Unless of course your going to use Linux at anytime then Nvidia

Glad I do lots of research cause the Gigabyte GeForce GT520 will take 2 slots due to the heatsink being so large..............which basically means there is no way this will fit in my HTPC case with one slot right against side. Glad I didnt do a quick purchase since it didnt mention this anywhere in details. Glad others put up reviews on websites with their own experiences.
