I have a new Mac mini (mid-range w/ AMD GPU) as my living room's media center. I've connected my Harmony remote using the Plex profile and there is definite lag between tapping keys on the remote and XBMC. However, it is only when navigating left to right (or vice versa) in the menus. No other keys seem affected. And yes, I have followed the many suggestions to change the inter-key delay to 100ms and the retry rate to 1. Thoughts?
