where are favorites stored?, i have 370 odd whose path i need to edit, i tried favorites.xml to no avail. what then is its purpose?, im confuddled.

Check your in your userdata (wiki) directory for favourites.xml (note the spelling with a "u" -- don't New Zealanders spell it that way too? 
)
