Can xbmc send audio out 2 interfaces at the same time? I have HDMI out for my main zone, but I also have an analog out that I want sent to zone 2 on my processor. Zone 2 only handles analog at this time. My computer has hdmi and analog audio out ports. I was told from Microsoft that this is a software issues, not a hardware or operating system one.

The software side gets much more complex especially if you're trying to keep any kind of synchronization.
Most receivers will have a pre-amp out - simply run a stereo patch cord from pre-amp out to the Zone 2 in.
