Hello,
I've managed to install AFP services on my ATV, in hopes of sharing out some media from inside of XBMC. My issue is that when I attempt to mount the ATV from my Mac, via afp://appletv.local, I'm presented with three volumes, frontrow, Media, OSBoot. I'd like to know how I can add a volume to this list. I'm trying to make this dummy proof for my family, so I'd like to have a specific directory that can be mounted directly on the Mac.
I've tried looking up documentation on AFP, but all I can are references to CLI tools that are not installed on the ATV, like 'sharing' and 'serveradmin'. Perhaps I am over thinking this. How do I share out a specific directory on the ATV via AFP?
