Hello,

if I calibrate my TV connected to a PC (nVidia) with a hardware calibrator and create a Windows color profile, does nybody know if XBMC will use this color profile when playing back video or is that a separate "space" from normal Windows dekstop colors etc?
Like for example you can make changes in the nvidia control panel, which are only applied when playing back video.

I guess I can just create a very funky profile with some color way off, that way I can see it directly. But in case somebody already knows

Yes the changes you make in nvidia's "only apply to video", also work for video in xbmc.
I use this also, but please do this with care. Use a good calibration chart and indirect daylight.
