I am looking for the best tablet out there that has the following features:

1. Touch Tablet
2. Has enough power to play OTA HD content from mythtv
3. Preferably has NVIDIA graphics card
4. Smaller size - like IPAD3 form factor for kitchen

I know for sure that IPAD3 is not powerful to OTA HD content!

Any recommendations from actual users?

First, most people here don't use mythtv and therefore can't advise you. Second, ipad has 72% of the tablet market share - so if you're excluding that then there are a limited number of people who can give you advise.
I can't give you an answer, but the Tegra 3 in the Nexus 7 is probably your best bet. You'll probably just have to try for yourself. It's possible that there isn't anything powerful enough for OTA HD, that's a pretty high bar to hit for a portable device.

When I read your initial post, I was going to suggest an all-in-one PC with touchscreen since that would give you the horsepower you need along with a touch interface... but then I saw your other requirement for a tablet-sized device... so, no go. And, as teaguecl mentioned above, there may not be any tablets currently available that are powerful enough for your needs.

Ergo, the lack of recommendations.
