Hi all, this weekend i have been struggling to perfect my XBMCBuntu and it still isnt right, i have decided (with regret) that i will have to use windows and have XBMC on top of it.

At least this way i can add jdownloder, utorrent , mozilla browser with minimal stress.

I would like to know if there any hints or tips at the windows installation point (i.e only install minimal services, hacks to remove windows screens, speed up loading time etc..)

I have see the XBMC Launcher and i will use that once installed .

Anything else would help greatly.
