Mkv ver1 and ver2 video rainbow pixel

Question
I noticed that every so often i download a movie mkv and im forced to watch it on VLC because XBMC shows the video in pixels of multiple colors on and off during the entire movie. So i used media info to compare the problematic videos to working mvk files and the only difference i could see is that movies that gave me problems is that one was version 1 and the problematic where version 2

here are a few pastebin and youtube of those videos

http://pastebin.com/t3xyu0WG (mkv v2)

http://pastebin.com/bEBAfB0v (mkv v2)

http://pastebin.com/QN6akMvu (mkv v1)

Could this really be the issue and is there any fix in Eden or Frodo has already addressed this in some way

Try disabling DXVA under "settings -> video -> playback ->allow hardware acceleration (dxva2)"

Well that seems to have fixed the issue. Do i need this option if im running a I3 540 (socket 1156) using onboard GPU? Also my render mode is on Auto-detect, is that fine?
