Hello guys,

I am hoping y'all could help me. I am desperate as hell! If I play a movie in XBMC, I can't see the video. I can only hear the audio and see the subtitles, but the screen is black. But what is also weird, is that I can see the movie on the background if I access the menu. I already removed and reinstalled XMBC, but that did not help. What must I do? Here is my system information:

Windows 7 Home Premium
Acer Aspire 7741
Intel ® Pentium ® CPU P6100 @2.00GHz 2.00 GHz
Installed memory: 4,00 GB (3,86 GB available)

Video Adapter
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

I hope you guys could help me, I already tried the options you can see on the image down below.




The screen stays black everytime I start a movie. Please help!

Disable DXVA2 and see if this makes any difference? rename your guisettings.xml in C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata to guisettings_org.xml try again...
