Hey there,

I had a HDD failure, and need to setup my xbmc from scratch.
But I can't find the Windows PVR version any more. I used to download it from here:

but non of the links work.

Does anyone know of another source?

Try one of the latest frodo nightly or alpha version.

Correct. PVR has been merged into mainline. You do not need 3rd party builds for that anymore.

I gave the latest nightly a try, and am using this as a pvr add on:

but it won't even start, and says that it can't start for reasons unknown.

Is this the right add on for windows?

You have to build the PVR addons from source or use ones pre-built by someone else. Github hosts the source files, not the compiled versions.
