Howdy folks.

I have several usb sticks with xbmc live (dharma) and I gave them away to my friends.
I have no way to update their sticks remotely, so they asked me to help them out with Youtube.
Now, I've noticed that there is no update for youtube for more than a month and plugin is not working.

I would really appreciate if plugin can be updated or if anyone is willing to help me out fixing existing 2.1.4 version

dharma will be abandoned completely when frodo hits the streets (we won't accept any pr's for it) so you may as well prepare now.

Hm, that's bad news :/
Then Eden will be abandoned, eventually Frodo and that's not something old folks like me can follow
I mean, I understand that unofficial addons are abandoned, but Youtube should work.

Can not understand why you not switch to a new xbmc version!
This Version is next step forward!
the problem is that many what before works example web scrapping better works with a up to date python Version and on Dhama its we on xbmc4xbox Version 2.4!
I have the Youtube 3.2.0 Addon adapted thats works on xbmc4xbox and with a little change it works on xbmc Dharma to .(it works on xbmc4xbox better as on Dharma)
But without Login!
I adapted the addons that we on xbmc4xbox have actuall addons from main xbmc whats works!
But better is we have a new python version (2.6 or 2.7) for xbmc4xbox!
You can have a new XBMC (Eden or Frodo) for you PC - you must nothing do as install the new Version!
And you have easy all what you want!

I can, but my colleague in France doesn't know how.
My father is in Africa, he doesn't have a clue.
One friend from Latvia, one from Canada.
I installed to all of them, now they ping me everyday to fix youtube :/

Ok i help here is the Youtube 3.2 working solution for Dharma but its extensiell that with the new release from Frodo she change to it!
First install with the addon installer from xbmc self the script.module.parsedom from my zip
then install the youtube addon from my zip!
Make your setting and its works but without Login!
