I have some video on my S3 that I would like to stream to XBMC. I am running XBMC Eden Windows.

ALl PC's etc are on the same network.

Any ideas?

Settings/Network/Services (wiki) -> "Allow control of XBMC via UPnP"

Then use a player on the phone with a "play to" feature for UPnP/DLNA.

If you don't already have a program on the S3, I can recommend "iMediaShare Lite" app. Works great from my S2.
