This is step is not required for XBMC v12 (Frodo). Sharing thumbnails with Frodo/nightly builds is just slowing things down. Don't do it - you don't have to. Frodo will automatically take care of thumbnail caching on each client for you and keep them in sync.

Since we are in feature freeze this doesn't matter any more.
You can safely install November 1st (or later) since we are only doing bugfixing from this point
