I'm controlling XBMC with JSON-RPC commands.

When I bring up the "pvrosdchannels" window, I can't navigate up and down (up and down works fine, outside of this window).

Which commands should I use to control this (I can edit my keyboard.xml too if needed)?

might not be related to JSON-RPC but a general issue. But a debug log would be nice to see if your JSON-RPC commands are executed/detected in this window.
