Linux PseudoTv on openElec on Rasp pi
#1
Hi everyone

I am Trying to get PTV working on my raspberry Pi which in turn has OpenElec as its O/S
I can watch video in the normal way
I have installed the PseudoTV program add-on
I have downloaded the Milkman Guide.
I have looked through all 338 pages of the main PTV section on this forum.

my problem is that when i follow the milkman guide(within reason), on page 20 the section that reads Running Pseudo TV.

as soon as i click on Pseudo TV in programs i get "Script Failed!: script.Pseudo tv"
I can open the settings page
I have removed all but 1 channel in the pre-configured channels as was suggested in another post.
I have Scraped my media
I have put media onto a usb stick that is connected to the pi as i have read it can't read across SMB
I have fixed the position of the channel configuration page, so I can see it all.
I have set a Directory in channel 1 that points to the folder on USB stick that has 2 20 min avi's
I am on my fourth clean fresh install and still cannot get PTV to run.
Is there something extremely obvious that I am missing?
If anyone else has managed to get PTV working on Raspberry Pi and would be willing to help me along i'd be very grateful.

Sorry that I haven't posted this in the main PTV thread but that seems to be for people that have got it running, I can't even get that far!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions
