I am trying to use this remote on Win8 and for some reason the only buttons working are Volume Up and Volume Down. I installed eventghost and it isn't showing anything working besides those buttons either. There was a cd sent with the remote but the only thing on it is powerconfig and pdf instructions, no drivers. I know in Win7 it automatically installs. Is there a way to get those drivers over to Win8 or is there another fix?

As far as I know and can tell they are still busy with the Win8 drivers (not available for download yet), standard response is "it is win8 supported" but that is all I've managed to get as of yet

I emailed them, I assume I will get the same answer. I did just buy it like what 3 months ago? You would think they would update it. I don't know cause in XBMC everything works perfect. I just can't get it to work with Win8.
