Confluence works great 
There is a version of Aeon Nox for Frodo...but it's still being worked on so there are a bunch of things that aren't 100%.

To the OP, your question is very broad. To date I have installed and used the following skins with Frodo nightly builds:
Aeon MQ4 1.70
Aeon Nox 4.0
Avalon 0.40
Confluence
Neon

These are my personal favourites.
Do they all run on Frodo? Yes
Are they all optimised to run on Frodo? They are still works in progress meaning that with changes to XBMC in Frodo, certain things won't work as expected, particularly addons that you wouldn't have installed/updated because it wasn't necessary in Eden. The most visible change to people upgrading to Frodo is the way artwork is handled and recently added items are identified, but there are others.
Apart from asethetics, those changes won't prevent the skin from performing the basics in Frodo ie. it will categorise your content and play your content.
