Testing it now using MySQL will have more to post later on but one issue I found is this.
It wont play back a video I have called Timescapes smoothly. I know its not my hardware because Powerdvd 12 Ultra plays it smooth with no dropped frames.
My hardware is Core I7 920 SSD for OS Windows 8 64 bit 12 gigs ram Nvidia GTX470 with 1280 MB Video dedicated memory.
