My future HTPC build, any advice

I am toying in my mind with a new mini-itx based HTPC, to replace my roughly 5 year that is far too big,
I only need it to stream from my NAS, no recording, transcoding, live tv, or any other "advanced" things.

My current setup is the following:

Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H
AMD BE-2400 2,4 ghz
6 Gigs of ram
a cheap Radeon HD graphics card for hardware decoding
Blu-Ray Drive
500 gig WD harddrive
USB MS infrared reciever and Harmony remote

I am not dissapointed with my current setup but i just feel like i need more power.
Planning to throw a 60 gb OCZ Agility 3 SSD in it just to see if it becomes snappy enough from that procedure.

But my planned setup is the following:

ASRock H77M-ITX
Core i3 I3-3220T 2.8ghz low power, small fan
2x4 GB 1600mhz ram whatever is cheaper
60 gb OCZ Agility 3 or simmilar
Antec ISK 300-150 housing
Blu-ray drive from old setup
USB MS infrared reciever
No discreete graphics.

This setup can be had for around 3000 kr (~400 euro)

I will probably install win8 for the wicked fast UEFI booting, and i think i will invest in a CIR wireless reciever so the machine can be completely powered of when not use, i am not sure i my Microsoft reciever can do that.

What do you guys think, is there some other things i should be looking at maybe another mobo and AMD, a cheaper (but somewhat future -proof) solution is always welcome??
