I'm running WMC7 with Hauppage 2250 for broadcast TV. I have frodo for media files. Is it possible to configure frodo for live TV and share the tuner card with WMC7 or will they conflict?

XBMC can't access live TV directly. You need a supported PVR Backend (see the sub-forums in this one for info), of which WMC is not one. However, if it's just a single tuner, I think you'll find that each program will require exclusive access to it, preventing you from using both WMC and another backend at the same time.

I think MythTV (one of the backends that work with XBMC) can use WMC as a source, thus allowing you to use both.
