Hi all,
this is a weird one: Playback with XBMC on Ubuntu 12.04 stutters with every kind of video (sd, hd, anything). But as soon as I go to the menu the playback in the background is smooth as silk. This happened over night, and I never had this problem before. Using the standard movie player of ubuntu the videos play just fine.
My guess is that VDPAU is turned off as soon as the menu disappears, but why?
Any ideas?
