I have just in stalled xbmxbuntu ,was a windows 7 media centre user but load time etc were to slow.
my problem is all my movies are on a second hard drive and when i try to add videos in xbmc i cannot see the drive?

when you are browsing for your media location enter the "Root filesystem" and look for the "media" folder. in the media folder you will find a drive with some random name. Mine is something like "64613743818348" as the name of the drive.
