Choppy studder 1080p playback on i5 Mac Mini
#1
Hello.
I love XBMC.
My HTPC is a Mini i5 2.3GHz, 2GBRAM, Integrated Intel 3000.
My setup is simple and my library is stored locally.
My 720p movies play great however my 1080p movies stutter during quick scenes.
I've read various recommendations on the forum regarding enabling/disabling display refresh rate and sync playback options.
Neither improve the stutter during fast movie scenes.
The other puzzling note is VLC plays the movies smoothly without any choppiness or stutter.
I appreciate any advice you have.

Cool one if the Devs should be able to shed some light.....have you tried turning off 'extract thumbnails' in system-> video settings?
