I am a novice to say the least!! helpp!!

i have a zotac nano mini pc with xbmc software

i have movie files on my windows 7 pc which i want to transfer to the zotac/xbmc

what is the quickest best way to get them stored onto my mini pc to play on xbmc

Leave 'em on the Win7 PC and share them over the network, add that SMB source on the Zotac.
