Been doing a lot of reading and there is a lot of information out there. I don't mind reading and doing some hard research. Just looking for a gentle push so I don't go in the wrong direction and waste money I don't have.
I just received this old Minitower PC for free: Aspire T320 (hxxp://support.acer.com/acerpanam/desktop/0000/Acer/AspireT320/AspireT320sp2.shtml).
Looking for a DIY website to help sort out what I need to get going and if this is a viable option.
Also wondering what operating system to use? freenas or unraid? As I am a single dad...free option are weighted heavy but willing to pay for solid performance and ease of use. Rate now I have one main PC, raspberry Pi, and an android tablet running XBMC. I also may have a bout a 1/2 terabyte of files.
I also want to be able to run the Sabnzb, couch potato and sickbeard etc. I have no Linux experience but looking to learn.
