I've trying to get Airplay running on my XBMC. Now I'm currently testing this through my iPhone 3GS and iPad (1st Gen). I've set no password on XBMC for Airplay.

As for my iPhone it won't work at all using any app, from YouTube, Music, Podcasts etc...

As for my iPad the only app that works is the YouTube app, while other apps it keeps asking for a password while XBMC doesn't have a password set.

So I'm not sure whats the issue and why its not working....

Because all that its Airplaying is only the YouTube (app) on my iPad....

Any suggestions ??

There's a couple of threads re this (including one I started where I had the same problem). For me, opening port 36667 on my firewall solved the problem.

Sorry for reposting the same topic, but I've turned off the firewall and I've also opened ports 36667, I still couldn't get the airplay to work...
