I used MediaElch to import my DVD covers, fanart, actors, etc for all of my movies. My folder structure is as follows:

- Movies
- DVDs
- The Avengers (2012)
- VIDEO_TS
- VIDEO_TS.ifo
- VTS_01_1.vob
- VIDEO_TS.tbn
- VIDEO_TS-fanart.jpg
- etc...

XBMC is not using my fanart.jpg file but is instead scrapping it from the internet. Can someone please help as I want to use the fanart, dvd covers, etc. that I managed with MediaElch.

use the artwork downloader add-on and in the setting select the option to use local artwork

right click movie go to movie info then in the next menu click chose art at the very bottom it says browse. locate the fan art you want on your harddrive and your done im using frodo beta 2 as well
