Frodo Beta3 not showing enablehighqualityhwscalers

After upgrading from Eden to Frodo Beta3 the <enablehighqualityhwscalers> advancedsettings.xml file option seems to have no effect.

To be more specific, at least the advanced scaler algorithms (Lanczos, Spline, ...) doesn't exists anymore on the "video scaling method" OSD video setting.

This was tested with Beta2 also with the same results.

Is this a "feature" or a bug?

Same results with the XBMCSetup-20121217-73ca52f-master.exe nightly (dated December 17th) . Sad

Despite from the "enablehighqualityhwscalers" tag being showed and parsed without error in the xbmc.log file the advanced scaler algorithms aren't available.

Any idea?
