...do you mean wmv-hd (ie. high definition wmw in 720p/1080i resolution)?, then the answer is no, the xbox cpu isn't powerfull enough, read this (link).
ps! fyi, xbox got a 733mhz 32-bit x86 cpu and 64mb shared system/video memory, microsoft recommend a 2.4ghz cpu and 384mb system plus 64mb video memory!!!

no i mean hdcd its on regular cd-audio music discs.

but the sound is better and u normally need either a cd that has support for hdcd or a receiver that supports hdcd to decode it.

oh, ok, ...then i believe this (link) explains if and when xbmc will ever be able to decode/play hdcd (high definition compatible digital) cds.
