Looks like Viki site is returning an HTTP "400" error. Unfortunately the developer has been hounded enough that he might have lost interest.

I can't solve this myself. I am just a user and not a programmer.
Kodi 18 is ancient for Windows, Linux, Android. But still up to date for Raspberry-Pi 3 (LibreElec). I myself don't see any reason to buy a Rasperry-Pi 4 to enjoy Kodi 19.
