What issue? I have two AMD GPU's running on catalyst version 12.10 since it released, and I haven't encounter issue....it works with XBMC as good as my Intel iGPU....

I knew your issues there, but don't blame on AMD driver. It can be related to Frodo.....as you stated several times, your AMD driver works fine with other media players.....
