For a little while now most (but not all) of the new movies XBMC scrappes are not being marked as new... They get added to my library and everything downloads fine for them so it doesn't seem to be a scrapper issue.

If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful!

This has been asked before.
In Frodo this has been changed see wiki.

creata a advancedsettings.xml

and add:

  <videolibrary>
    <dateadded>0</dateadded>
  </videolibrary>
</advancedsettings>

*Note that it does not effect your existing library, you have to manually rescan your new items.
