Hi,
I've found two issues around sorting on "date added' that I haven't manage to resolve with Frodo RC2 - couldn't find the answer in the wiki or forums:
1. After an upgrade the movies don't have a "data added" displayed in the hybrid (or confluence) skins until I refresh the movie information. I have 2000 movies, is there an easy way to get the data added in there without manually refreshing 2000 movies?
2. The use of mtime as the data added sort doesn't suit me, so I put in the advancedsettings.xml to use the eden style sort. This works great until I refresh the movie information. At this point the movie displays and sorts with the current (refresh) date time even though it was only a refresh of metadata and not an addition. This isn't how eden worked? This looks like a minor bug to me.
The two are combining to make it very difficult for me to get a list of movies sorted by when they were added to xbmc, which I use so I can tell which are recent when looking for something to watch.
