Mac UPnP appears filtered
#1
We have a Twonky media server setup using UPnP. The UPnP works for every media device in the house including other Macs Using XBMC. For some reason my Mac Mini can not see the UPnP server in any application despite that the Mac firewall is turned off. I'd tried reinstalling the Mac OS and reinstalling a fresh copy of XBMC but nothing I have tried has resolved the UPnP issue that I have.

Anyone face this issue before and have any suggestion on what I can look at to resolve this issue?

I have the same problem.
My TV (Phillips), my Win7 64 bit Notebook (xbmc 12.0RC2), my android mobile phone can see and access twonky 7.0.9 (via dlna) running on my NAS (QNAP 419P) but not my Mac Mini (OS X 10.8.2).

Please help! ;-)

Thanks in advance

Be sure that all involved devices are in the same subnet.
