HTPC review before purchase

Hi all,

Sorry to add to the multitude of 'is this OK?' HTPC threads here but want to make sure this is OK before I fork out my cash. I tried to follow Beer40oz's A6-PACK but in Australia I can't seem to either find most of this hardware either at all or at a reasonable price. My budget is $250 so it seems an ITX build is out of the question so going mATX.

So here's what I'm thinking:

[$59] Case: Coolermaster Elite RC-343-KKR420-AU with 420W PSU - http://www.msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=7725
[$59] APU: AMD A6-3500 - http://www.msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=8265
[$35] Mobo: ASrock A75M-HVS A75 - http://www.msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=8266
[$28] Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws-X F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL 4G Kit (2Gx2) DDR3 1600 - http://www.msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=7276
[$57] SSD: Samsung 64GB SSD 830 Series - http://www.allneeds.com.au/prod339.htm
[$15] CPU Cooler: Deepcool CFAN-GAMMAXX200 - http://www.msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=9520

Total build cost: $253

Does this sound OK? I'm not worried about the case being un-HTPC like (well resided to it anyway) as budget somewhat takes priority. I currently have two external 2TB and a 1TB hdd's that I plan on making internal to free up the clutter. I also have a Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm fan for the case and already have a USB wifi dongle and PCI tv tuner.

I've also got a pci-e Asus EN210 Silent video card lying around. Would I see any benefits installing this over the APU graphics or would this be detrimental?

Thanks...
