I just got a new TV (50UT50 Panasonic), upgraded my onboard video card to an AMD GT610. Now, whenever I play a TVRip (720p) with the "switch refresh rate to match video", No picture plays but the audio does. I hit my Windows button to drop back to my desktop and when I go back into XBMC, the video plays catch up and plays just fine. Question becomes, is it a video card issue, which is half of what I'm suspecting, the TV, which I doubt since it plays fine when I go back into XBMC.

When the refresh rate switch is unchecked, it plays just fine, but not what I want. I can't figure out if the issue is a FPS issue or the refresh rate... since all my other tv episodes play fine, I'm guessing its a FPS thing

Must have been a Windows issue or driver issue like crazy.. I got pissed off and formatted the drive and installed Ubuntu and it worked right away, everything is as it should be so far.

Could have been a driver issue too, but whatever, this works now.
