I am writing this guide only because I could not find a thread with a final answer on how to setup NFS share with Windows Home Server
Follow This Guide

Then when you are done setting up the NFS share on the file of your choice
Right click on the file you are sharing and hover your cursor over Share With then click on Specific People then click the drop down arrow in the top field select Everyone and click Add and set whatever your permission preference is
( I chose read and write as I am the only one accessing files in my home)
Then click share and you are done with WHS
Now go add the files in XBMC
