I installed 11.0 on a Win7 PC. Twice, using different downloads, but with the same result.

I keep getting two pop ups:

MSVCR100.dll is missing

Sqlite3.dll cannot load

Please, what do I do now?

Did you unselected the option to install Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package during installation?

Yes, I did, because it is already installed....

Reinstall xbmc and this time select all the options.
