mobo Asus rampage III Extreme
intel 80gb ssd
6tb usb estata

Now i'm stump on a budget cheapest i can get by with a cooler for the cpu that will fit in my case.Just wanna make sure everything will fit before i buy the case

Personal opinion, but that looks pretty awful....

As for the cooler though, the favorites are the Scythe Shuriken and Big Shruiken. I have the smaller one in my current HTPC, but the 955BE has a lower TDP than your 920. The Big Shruiken would work though. See if you can download the user manual for the case to see if they list the max cooler height.

I was saying the blue case was awful, everything else was OK. HTPCs really don't need much, just pick a case you really like that fits your needs and then go from there.
